Things to check first for a faster answer
- Questions about how to use the service and its features are answered first in the FAQ in the user guide.
- How your personal information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
- When reporting a bug, it helps a lot to tell us your device and browser along with the screen where the problem happened (a screenshot if possible).
- For payment or refund questions, let us know the date and time of the payment. You do not need to send sensitive information such as your birth details.
